The 40-liter rectangular body is fabricated from cold-rolled steel sheets with precise 90-degree corner bending, creating razor-sharp edges that give the bin a decidedly architectural presence. The exterior is finished in deep matte black electrostatic powder coat, applied at 80-micron thickness to resist chipping, scratching, and corrosion without requiring periodic recoating. The lid system uses a low-profile hinge mechanism at the rear, allowing the flat lid to open a full 180 degrees and lie flat against a wall when positioned correctly for easy bag loading. An internal plastic liner with a snap-top rim holds bags invisibly and can be lifted out as a complete unit for disposal runs.
